Refund policy
- Exchange is allowed within a week from the date of receipt (Products cannot be exchanged if they have been used).
- Returns are allowed within 2 days from the date of receipt (Products cannot be returned if they have been used).
- Products cannot be returned or exchanged after the original packaging has been opened and the product has been used.

Dear Customer:
- If your order has been shipped or a shipping invoice has been issued and you request cancellation, the amount paid for the product will be refunded, but the shipping cost will be deducted (This also applies to free shipping orders).
- If you wish to exchange or return any product after receiving it, you will need to pay the shipping cost for both the returned and new orders, as the shipping fee goes directly to the shipping company.
- In case a damaged product is received, the customer will be compensated with the same product.
- Photos of the damaged product must be provided.
- Compensation will be processed within 15 days from the date of receipt. • Since perfumes are consumable products, they cannot be returned or exchanged once used, even if used only once.

Refunds
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or via bank transfer.
- Refunds are not issued for cases of personal dislike of a fragrance once used. We encourage customers to carefully review fragrance notes before purchasing.

- Gift cards or customised gift sets
